This signature double-boiled soup was originally created exclusively for Sir Shiu-kin Tang, who later granted permission for it to be shared with guests. Crafted with carefully selected ingredients and slow-double-boiled to preserve purity and depth of flavour, it was named “CBE’s Soup” in honour of Sir Tang’s prestigious CBE title.
