We celebrated our 40th year wedding anniversary with friends and relatives. Feedback from all the guests was that the food was delicious and came in generous portions. The seafood Claypot treasure was a gourmet surprise! Everyone raved about it. Every dish was a delight to the palette. Service staff were excellent – they went to the extent of helping to set up the sound system, looking for lost items and repairing jewelry. It was an amazing time. Highly recommended for small and big groups. Sharon, the manageress and her team, gave us service that was par excellence. We would recommend the restaurant to our friends.

Found then via of the wedding fair , Ken & Ruel was awesome, making sure everything was covered and all the event was smooth. Their deco was also explicit! Kudos to the team for making me and chanelle wedding to be a special and memorable!

Excellent Chinese food and good service Ruel looked after us well from the time we placed a deposit until the event. We booked a private room for 2 tables to celebrate my son’s wedding. Our guests totally enjoyed the excellent food, service and ambience. As we had some last minute cancellations, the staff kindly packed leftovers for us to bring home. Overall a wonderful evening. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for tasty Chinese food at reasonable prices and good service.

Went there for wedding dinner. Food is delicious! i love sg culture being punctuality. Atmosphere is ok. Service ok. Only the bathroom toilet paper jammed.

Was told by the waiting staff that they only just moved in here (previously at Orchid Country Club).
Nevertheless, great service by the lady, who advertised their membership and suggested the ballroom across as a venue for wedding banquet. This was done in a non-pushy way, and there was totally no pressure to sign up or enquire further, very deserving of the 5 stars for service.
She also made small talk here and there, which added to the good atmosphere.

Had the set meal and managed to get a dish changed due to guest restrictions. Food was good, and the peking roasted duck was carved in front of us. Roasted chicken tasted very good after dabbing it in the seasoning.

Definitely worth a visit if you wish to have a good meal. I had dinner here on a public holiday and the place was barely half-filled, probably due to people travelling and it being new here. Nevertheless, even if there were more diners, I'm sure it wouldn't feel cramped as the tables were generously spaced out.

Finally, for idk how long, they are running a promotion of 20%/30% off for dim sum/peking roasted duck.
