I would like to compliment Assistant Manager Kimmy, Supervisor Helen, Service Waitress Wu Li & Server Waiter Ning from Fu Lin Men Temasek Club, for their Excellent Service. They are very attentive, friendly and always meet our needs during my father's birthday celebration at the restaurant.

Special Thanks to Kimmy for her top-notch service! Kimmy is always very helpful and ensures that my requests are taken care. Should there be any best customer service award, i would like to strongly recommend her for the award.

Went to this Chinese restaurant on a weekday with my wife to celebrate her birthday. The manager 张平 was very attentive. Presented their various dishes, the current special offers and tea.
He even presented 寿包 in decorating.
The Peking Duck is a must to try.
Fried rice with the duck meat is also great.
张平's recommendation to try the Chinese tea using snow chrysanthemum was really good.
They also have nice desserts to end with.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner with my family here. Service was impeccable, very attentive and helpful. Food quality was good, both in freshness and flavour. The only letdown was the dessert and Cornflake Prawn - not only does it look unappetising, the gooey cornflake mess was neither crispy nor aromatic -- a grave disservice to the succulent prawn underneath.

Mango Pomelo was too watery with very tiny bits of mango and pomelo, could not taste the sago either.

Nevertheless, the overall dining experience was good. Presentation of the longevity bun was also a delightful surprise, I've not seen elsewhere.

I have planned a birthday dinner with my family to Fu Lin Men, located in Novotel Farrer Park. We were warmly welcomed by Ruel, whom was the restaurant manager, into the restaurant. Getting us comfortably seated, we were serviced by the restaurants' staff sincerely with professionalism. With the great hospitality and food, we were very satisfied with the overall experience. As we had a surprise birthday cake prepared, without cue-ing, they have timed the cake's arrival to our table perfectly. It was an enjoyable time over in Fu Lin Men. We will definitely recommend to our peers! Thank you Fu Lin Men!

Booked the restaurant to celebrate my FIL's 87th birthday. Ben who was in charge of serving us was very attentive and helpful. As we ordered the set for 10 but we have 12 pax, Ben suggested to add the Peking duck instead of increasing the set to 12pax. And we did. The Peking duck is really good! And the portions for 12 of us was just right even though it was for 10pax. We wanted to pack the balance of cake into 4 portions and they kindly provided the boxes and plastic bags. Overall we had a great experience. Service and dinner was unrush. Will definitely return.

Celebrated my Dad's birthday at Fu Lin Men @Temasek Club today and we are very impressed and happy with the service of supervisor Helen Mai and her team (didn't have the chance of getting the names of the other 2 Chinese ladies who served us). They are very customer service oriented and accommodating to all our requests. Dishes were delicious and plating are excellent. Happy to be back again! Thank you very much to Helen & her team for making my dad and my family have a memorable and happy birthday celebration. 🎉 🙂

We celebrated our Grandmother’s 96th birthday with our family of 50+ pax. The coordination from the start from Ken was great. On the day of the event, the Captain was very attentive and helpful. Food and customer service are great ! Highly recommend for special occasions!

I would like to praise Helen, Zhang Ping and the team at Fu Lin Men Temasek Club for a truly wonderful birthday meal.

When planning the birthday meal a few weeks ago, Helen shared the menu and food information, very patient with our questions and did her best to cater to our needs and asks. She truly exceeded our expectations of customer service.

During the meal, Helen, Zhang Ping and the staff were very attentive to my family. From ensuring the younger children had children's utensils, high enough chairs, giving us adults clean plates, helping us with taking family photos, and more.

The food was also very tasty. Every dish that was served was commended by my family. Kudos to the chefs.

We will definitely be back to dine at Fu Lin Men Temasek Club, and would highly recommend it to others too.

Cosy environment. Celebrated my inlaw's 80th birthday there. Nice tasty food that doesn't cost an arm nor a leg. Staff are service oriented as we had quite a number of senior citizens. Not a convenient place but that's why value for money !!!!
