Cosy ambience and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Pre-ordering is required for the Beijing duck. A must-order dish is the home-made beancurd. Alternatively, Or nee is an excellent option for dessert.

We celebrated our friend's birthday over there, the food was surprisingly great especially the stir fried shark fin, every bite was with wokhey. The presentation of tofu soup was decent and was really a gungfu dish, just felt like having a fine dining. Bamboo calms were cooked with two flavours - wine and garlic, not only tasty but the doneness and serving temperature were just perfect. And I am surprised the pork rib green curry was so good in a Chinese restaurant. They put birthday bun with dessert which was 反沙薯 (sweet potato tossed with sugar), chef used 3 different kind of sweet potato and gave diversity of sweetness. We can really feel how hearty of the chefs and they should be good on fusion food, and ambience is nice too, will definitely revisit again.

Attended a birthday celebration dinner. We had the set dinner. The restaurant is situated in the NSRCC club. The ambience is modern and not too loud. The first dish is the shark fin soup with wanton. Verdict is good. The second dish is the fried lobster in pumpkin sauce. It tuned out flat. The lobster is probably frozen and is fried to mask the taste. We also had the abalone with mushroom. Average at best. Next is the teriyaki chicken. They give a generous portion but taste is average. We also had the noodle with meat. This is good. Dessert is Orh Nee which is a tad too sweet. If you have no where better to go, give it a try.

Just have my family dinner at the FLM NSRCC, the food and the service is excellence, very attentive manager and the staff.
The promotion package is a real value for money meal with 1 for 1 and the Peking Duck is over the moon for me, crispy skin and tender meat.
Has been to FLM many times since they opened early last year. This is the first time I felt compel to write this review for the food is so much more delicious like the chef has been changed since my many visitings.

The food here are generally tasty. The peking duck skin and drumstick meat was really good; oily and fragrant. However the meats from the other area were a tad dry and lacked what you would normally get from a roasted duck. The seafood youtiao and spinach were alright only. The crab was good but could have done with a little more sauce. In general I would say the food is good but not exactly worth the travel all the way into a remote country club like this. The pricing of food items is also too expensive, we had a 15% discount too. The only reason for giving this restaurant 4 stars is because of the service of the manager. He was really attentive and gave free desserts and longevity buns for my friends birthday.
